Need some help with Loomis—Pay?

A35 has a black screen

To resolve the issue of the A35 having a black screen, please follow these steps:

  1. If the A35 is wired to the E800, try using a different wire for the connection.

  2. If the issue persists, connect the wire to the adapter that was included in the original package that you have received.

Plug this into a socket and test it.

  1. If the screen remains black after these tests, it indicates that the terminal needs to be replaced as no image is appearing on the A35.
