To set up predefined discounts for the Point of Sale (POS), such as an employee discount of 50%, follow these steps:

1. Click on +Create.
   

2. Enter a Name for the discount.

3. Select the Type of discount. It can either be a Percentage (%) or an Absolute (fixed amount).

4. A Value field will appear. Enter the discount value here.

5. Specify the Location where this discount should be available.

6. Click Save. The discount will become available after you log out and back into the POS on the terminal.
