How to add Product groups to kitchen printers?

If products are to be added to a kitchen printer, a product group has usually already been created, which is specified to be sent to the kitchen printer in Portal.

To see which product group is to sent to the kitchen printer then you first have to log into the Loomis-Pay Portaland then go to IntegrationsPrintingShop nameSelect name of printer→ and then you will be able to see e.g. a picture like this.

Here, all products placed in the product group Køkkenprint are to be sent to the kitchen printer, when a product is added to an order in the POS.

If there are several product groups, you must select all the product groups to be sent to the kitchen printer. One by one.

If there is no product group, a new product group must be created and the products to be printed must be in this newly created product group.

To add a product to kitchen print, go under ProductsProducts→ Select **product **, you can select multiple products for the same product group.

Press Actions and choose +Add product Group → where the product group, you need to have the products to be added into, is chosen.
