How to change price of a product
To change the price of a product, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Loomis-Pay Portal Page and select Products.
Enter the merchant name in the search bar and click Apply. For this example, we'll use Papa's Pizza.
Open the product you want to change the price of. Products may be listed by numbers or names. If you're unsure about the product, ask for the name and current price to ensure you have the correct one. Note that there may be multiple versions of the same product with different prices, such as Pizza Small, Pizza Medium, and Pizza Large.
Once you've opened the product, go to Sales Price and input the new price.
Ensure the Active button in the top right corner is enabled (it should have a green background).
Click Save to finalize the changes.
