How to create and configure price groups ?

To create and configure price groups, follow these steps:

Creating Price Groups:

  1. Log in to the Loomis—Pay Portal.

  2. Navigate to Products in the sidebar, then select Price Groups. Click +Create in the top right corner.

  3. Enter a name, choose a display color, select the product folder the price group should belong to, and specify which of your companies the price group should apply to.

  4. Click Save. You'll be redirected to your list of Price Groups with a notification confirming successful creation.

Configuring the Price Group:

  1. Navigate to Products and select Product Group.

  2. Choose the Price Group you want to edit.

  3. You'll see a list of all your products.

  4. Enter the prices for the products that the Price Group should apply to upon activation in your Point of Sale.

  5. Click Save.

Your Price Group is now created. To update your Point of Sale, click the three lines in the top left of your Point of Sale and then click Register.
