To settle and close for the day on A920 Pro and get your z-report, follow these steps:

1. Tap the Menu button located in the top left corner of the screen.

2. From the menu, select Settlement.
   

3. You will be prompted to enter your PIN. Use the number pad to do so.

4. If you encounter any issues, check if the logged-in staff member has the necessary permissions to settle for the day.
   

5. Next, tap on 'Settle register'.
   

6. Then, select Settle and close day.
   

7. You will be asked to enter the cash balance. Use the number pad to input this information.

8. Once done, tap OK.
   

9. Finally, tap Settle. The terminal will automatically run through the settlement process and write out your Z-report for the period that the register has been open for.
   

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully settle and close for the day on your A920 Pro.
