How to settle & close for the day on E800

To settle and close for the day on E800, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the Menu button located in the top left corner.

  2. Select 'Settlement' from the menu, then choose 'Close terminal & day' from the submenu.

  3. Enter your PIN using the number pad.

  4. If you encounter any issues, ensure that the logged-in staff member has the necessary permissions to access this area.

  5. Count the number of bills and/or coins in your cash drawer.

  6. For each denomination of bills, select the denomination, then tap the amount field to the right to activate it. Use the number pad to enter the quantity of bills for that denomination. For instance, if you have 10 x 100 (Currency) bills, enter 10 in the 100kr input field.

  7. Repeat this process for each denomination of bills in your cash drawer. For the coins, count the total value of all denominations, tap Other, and enter the total value.

  8. Confirm the cash count by ticking the Confirm count checkbox, then press the Submit amount button.

The terminal will automatically process the settlement. Once completed, you will be logged out and your terminal will be ready for the next business day.
