Once your business has been onboarded, you’ll receive a welcome email with an invitation to access Payment Portal.

1. Open the email and click button asking you to Set your password.

2. Set your own password.

3. Choose your preferred two-factor authentication (2FA) method; Either email or an authentication app.

Important

The invitation link is valid for 72 hours. If it expires, a new email with a fresh link will be sent automatically, asking you to set up you password.

Your password and chosen 2FA method will be required every time you log in.
