How do I reset inventory?
Select Logistics > Inventory, select department and click "Reset inventory". A window will open where the action must be confirmed.

A stock count with a quantity of "0" for each product is recorded. The record lists previous inventory for all products with inventory.

Reversal of zeroing is done by downloading the Excel file for zeroing, and importing this via a normal stock count.

Can multiple users perform a stock count at the same time?

Multiple users can perform a stock count at the same time. Each user opens a separate stock count. When each user is finished with their stock count, they select "Save draft". Finally, the stock counts are merged.
