Is the barcode transferred from Poweroffice to Loomis-Pay?
The GTIN field in Poweroffice is synchronized to the barcode field in Loomis-Pay, and vice versa.
NOTE! Only 13-digit barcodes are valid in Poweroffice. If the barcode is registered in Loomis-Pay in a different format, the barcode will not be synchronized from Loomis-Pay to Poweroffice.
Can customer ledger be used?
Yes, customer ledger can be used. Using customer ledger requires that the ledger has been created in Poweroffice under Settings > Ledger number series.
The HB Account listed for the number series is used as the account, while the customer ledger is listed in the chart of accounts in Loomis-Pay.
PowerofficeGO - "Your reference"
"Your reference" is a required field when invoicing using the EHF method. The field is filled in with these values from Loomis-Pay:
Customer order: The "Notice" field is placed in "Your reference", and appears together with the Customer order number and Sales number on the invoice basis in Poweroffice.
Work order: The "Notice" field is placed in "Your reference", and appears together with the Work order number and Sales number on the invoice basis in Poweroffice.
Credit sale: For Credit sale from the cash register, you are asked for "Reference". The registered reference is used as "Your reference" in Poweroffice.
