FAQ and troubleshooting Woocommerce

I have created a new product, but it is not synced to the online store. Why not?

Check that the parameter "Show in online store" is enabled at the product level. Select Catalog > Products, find the correct product, click "Edit", check that "Show in online store" is "ON"

I have changed the image of the product in Loomis- Pay, but the image is not updated in the online store. Why not?

The image is only synchronized from Loomis- Pay to the online store, if the product has not registered the image from before in the online store. If the product has registered the image, Loomis—Pay will not overwrite this. This is to keep the image gallery in the online store as it is.

How often does the integration sync?
Most data syncs via webhooks, so changes are updated when synced. The integration runs a check every 40 minutes to make sure everything has been synced correctly.

The following syncs without delay:

  • When products are created or modified.

  • When stock quantity changes.

  • When orders are received in WooCommerce

Which version does the integration support?

The WooCommerce integration supports 3+. Note that 3.0.x and 3.5.x are somewhat different, and have different API versions. Note that this is subject to change, and we will support the latest stable version at a minimum.

How do I sync product attributes from Loomis—Pay to Woocomerce?
Product attributes (size, color, etc) can be synchronized from Loomis-Pay to WooCommerce using custom fields. Create a custom field called e.g. “color” and the value should be e.g. “red.” Field description is created as an attribute while field value defined on the product card is registered as attribute value on the product in WooCommerce.

Can campaigns be synced to the online store?
Campaigns can be synced to the online store, but hourly offers etc. have limited functionality for this. A campaign that runs all the time, over a given period, is synced to the online store.
