How to set up a kitchen printer in the administration panel

First, contact us to inform us that you will be using a kitchen printer. We will provide you with the correct module for printers.

Printers connect to our terminals via the internet. As long as they are on the same network and you have the printer's IP address, your printer can connect.

In the portal, go to **Products → Settings → Printer, **

1. Press the + New printer

2. Give the printer a name

3. Enter the printer’s IP address

4. Set the port to 9100. This is the standard port for printers.

*Check your kitchen printer's manual for instructions on finding the IP address. It is important that the printers are connected to the same internet.

This printer setup must be completed before importing or transferring products; otherwise, existing products will not print.

If you have already imported all your products:

If you want a few of your products printed

Go to Products → Products

Open a product and check the kitchen printer box.

If you want all your products to be printed on the kitchen printer:

Go to Products → Products

1. Click the ↑↓ icon → Export

2. When the file is downloaded then import the file again by clicking ↑↓ icon → Import

3. Choose the file in the Upload

4. Vælg at opdatere produkter

1. Check the checkbox and Upload

2. In the Printer dropdown menu, scroll down until you see Existing kitchen printer and select your printer.

1. Import

2. Now all the products will be printed on the printer.

Note: If you have more than one printer, you need to run separate imports for each printer, one printer per import.
