If you register a return, you can choose to give the money back or you can refund the amount in the form of a gift card, so that the customer can use this as a credit note. You will then also be able to check the remaining amount on the gift card.

Create and use a gift card/voucher

1. Create a product for a Gift Card or Credit Voucher

2. Sell it as a normal product.

3. Go to Orders and find the relevant order.

4. Select Return and then Gift Card / Credit Voucher

5. When the customer wants to use the gift card or credit note, select At betale

6. Choose Credit Voucher and enter the code or scan the barcode.

7. A pop-up will appear showing the remaining balance.

If there is still a balance left on the card, a new receipt will be printed.
