Gift cards cannot be deleted or refunded, but their value can be written down to zero. Formally, this is done by recording the gift card as income.

To write down the remaining value of a gift card to zero, log in to the Loomis—Pay administration panel and go to Reports > Gift Cards. Check the boxes next to the gift cards you want to remove all remaining residual value from, and select Reset. This cannot be undone.
