Do you have gift cards from a previous POS system? Then this can be imported into Loomis—Pay.

• You can import up to 500 gift cards at a time.

• You can only import new gift cards, existing gift cards will not be affected.

The following fields can be imported

• Gift card number

• Sale date

• Expiration date

• Original value

To import gift cards, log in to the administration panel and go to Reports > Gift cards. Click "Import".

Download the example file. Fill out the file (up to 500 lines, if you have more gift cards you want to import, you must repeat the process several times).

Select the file and click "Upload". Click "Import".

TIP: If you sell gift cards online, you can create gift cards via the API.
