How do you use season passes online?

How do you use season passes online?

Select the event on the booking page as normal.
Then select the date you want to book.

Then select the number you want to buy and press book.

A new page will open and you can select the desired payment method.
If you have a season pass, select this as the payment method.

You will then be prompted to fill in the season pass code. This is on the customer's season pass.

If the season pass has not been added as a channel to the event, an error message will appear when the customer tries to use the season pass as payment.

When the season pass has been added as a channel to the event, a new screen will open.
There you will be given the choice of which tickets to use with the season pass.

If you have a season pass, it is possible to buy multiple tickets at the same time and choose which ones to register with the season pass.

If there are several different season passes to be used, you can press the plus sign next to the season pass code.

Then fill in the next season pass code.

Once all season pass holders have entered their codes, select “confirm”.
You will then be returned to the shopping cart. You then select the payment method for the remaining tickets.

Fill in the details and select a payment method before pressing “confirm and order”.
