To update the VAT, log into the portal and go to Products in the menu to the left.

Choose the product that you would like to update.

Change the VAT from 12 to 6 in the field Momssats, in the upper right corner. Remember to click save.

Your products have now been updated with the new VAT rate.

Update takeaway products

To update products with the takeaway option, go to System and click Settings in the menu on the left.

Next, select Restaurant from the menu at the top.

Under the Rules tab, choose the first option:
“Kundens pris inkl. moms reduceras med momsreduktionen om ‘inkludera’ är PÅ.”

Then update the VAT rate to 6% and click Save.
After saving, a confirmation tab will appear — select “Save anyway” to complete the update.
