To resolve your printer issues, please check the following:
Ensure it is connected to the internet.
Confirm that both the terminal and printer are on the same network.
Verify that the IP address in the administration panel matches the one on the printer.
Make sure the products you want to print have the printer box checked.
If some receipts are not printing:
Turn the receipt printer off and then back on.
If it’s connected via Ethernet, consider replacing the cable.
If no receipts are printing:
Turn the receipt printer off and then back on.
Check that the receipt printer is on the same network as the terminal.
If you have made changes to the network so that the IP Series has changed, contact support for new integration of the receipt printer.
