Loomis-Pay supports receipt printers. The receipt printer must be connected via IP Ethernet. For each product, you can check whether it should be printed on a receipt, and possibly which receipt printer it should be printed on. To manage the receipt printers, log in to the Loomis-Pay administration panel and go to products -> Settings -> Rerceipt printer and select New printer. Give the printer a name and enter the IP address of the printer. By selecting Automatic printing, you can choose whether the receipt should always be printed automatically, or whether the employee should be asked about this. If the employee is asked to print a receipt, there is also the option to add a comment to the kitchen that will only be visible on the ktichen receipt (not on the customer receipt).
You can choose to have multiple receipts, e.g. one for food and one for drinks. The receipts can be printed on the same or different receipt printers.
Some receipts are not printing
Try turning the receipt printer off and on.
If the receipt printer is connected with an Ethernet cable, try replacing it.
No receipts are printed
Try turning the receipt printer off and on.
Check that the receipt printer is connected to the same network as the cash register.
If you have made changes to the network so that the IP Series has changed, contact support for new integration of the receipt printer.
