Note that this feature comes with an additional cost when used. You will be charged for each SMS receipt sent. This will be added to your monthly invoice.
If you would like to send a receipt over SMS or E-mail, please go into Order Details Page in the upper right corner of the POS.
To send a receipt from the order details page:
Select the relevant order.
Click on the "Print Receipt" button.
A receipt modal will open with these options:
• Send via E-mail.
• Send via SMS.
• Send to a Receipt Printer.
If you are doing this on a Customer order, the modal will automatically fill in the customer’s email and phone details.

If you need to change the settings of how to print and/or send receipts, you need to log into the Portal.
