Be aware that it is only possible to split the bill for table orders.

Split bill can be done by dividing the total bill evenly among individuals, or by selecting specific products from the bill for one person to pay.

Initiating split bill

1. Start by loading the table into the cart.

2. Press the “Split Bill” button that shows up in the cart

1. The “Split Bill” modal will open to the right-hand side of the POS.

Select one of the two options of how to split the bill:

Even Split: the default selection that will split the whole bill evenly amongst number of people.

Specify the number of people that the bill should be split between.

The system will automatically divide the total value of the order by dividing the amount of each item equally among number of people.

Click OK to start the payment process.
It will show what payment is being processed, e.g., “Payment 1 of 3”, “Payment 2 of 3”, until the whole bill has been paid.

Once the order is empty and all payments have been processed, the user is returned to the cart.

Rounding rule: Any rounding differences are applied to the last person’s payment.

Split by product: will split the bill by selected items

The left section: displays a list of all items in the current table order.
The right section: displays the items selected to be paid.

Select either individual items to be paid, or “transfer all items”.

Click the arrow to move the selected items from the cart section, to the payment section.

Click on OK and the payment process will start for the items that are listed in the section to the right.

A sales order is created for the completed payment.

If there are more items remaining in the table order, the system will go back to the “Split Bill” modal and the above process can be repeated until the order is fully paid.

Once the order is empty and all payments have been processed, the user is returned to the cart.
