Why is there a discrepancy between the payroll report and the sales report?

Why is there a discrepancy between the payroll report and the sales report?

This has to do with commission.

If an employee is logged in to the checkout and picks up a service for another employee, the commission will be registered on the employee for whom the service is registered, but the sale will be registered on the employee who is logged in to the checkout.

Example.

Kari is logged in to the checkout. Mona has finished a service, and asks Kari to close the sale at the checkout.
Kari sells a product to the customer before they go to the checkout.
Kari picks up the service for the customer and registers it on Mona, but the product remains on Kari.

Service: 500,- (commission 10% = 50,-)
product: 500,-
Total: 1000,-

On the sales report it will say that Kari has sold for 1000,-
On the salary report she will only have earned normal hourly wages as there is no commission on this product sale. (If there is a commission on the sale of a product, this will appear on Kari's salary report)

On the sales report, it will be stated that Mona has sold for 0,-
On the salary report, Mona has earned 50,- in commission in addition to any hourly wage.
