If your newly added logo isn't appearing on your terminal printouts, you'll need to synchronize the Point of Sale (POS) on your terminal.
For the E800 model, you can do this by pressing the sidebar, selecting 'Settings', and then choosing 'Synchronize POS' on the left side.
Once you've done this, restart the terminal.
For the A920 Pro model, press the menu, select 'Settings', then click the blue menu at the bottom left and choose 'Synchronize POS'.
After completing these steps, restart the terminal.
Please note that if you've uploaded a colored logo, it may not print at all from the terminal. It's recommended to use black and white logos for best results.
