Need some help with Loomis—Pay?

New POS design

New POS design
We are now launching our new POS design, which will improve, and speed up the daily usage of the till. There will be changes made to the register, tables and order page to keep up with a new, more modern look and feel and a simpler navigation. Most importantly it will bring out the quick card payments button to the front page of the Pay—Mobile, so you can take payments faster.

What can you expect?
Here is a preview of some of the main pages that will change. Below you will see examples of what it will look like both in the Pay—Desk (E800) and Pay—Mobile (A920) device.

You will see the following improvements:

General improvements of the orders page.
For everyone using the Pay—Mobile terminal, the card payment button will now appear on the register page as soon as you add a product to the cart. All other payment methods will be found under the three dots as previously.

Current VS new design Pay—Mobile:

No action needed from your side
As these improvements will be released automatically to the POS in its next update, you don't need to do anything, but it will appear when you restart the terminal as soon as the new version has been rolled out.
