New invoice process starting from March 2025

New invoice process starting in March

At Loomis Pay, we are always looking for ways to make things easier and more convenient for you. As of March 1st, we are improving how we deliver your invoices to make it easier for you to manage your payments and keep track of your services with us. This means that invoicing period of March will be invoiced to your email the end of March.

What’s changing
Invoices sent directly to your email: You will receive your monthly invoice by email at the end of each month from [email protected]. No need to log in to the Loomis Pay Portal to find them.
One invoice will come from Loomis Digital Solutions for your software fees, hardware fees and accessories.
More time to pay: There will be a 30-day payment period for the invoice, giving you greater flexibility.
Simplified payouts: Software and hardware fees will now be invoiced instead of deducted from your daily payouts, making it easier to follow your earnings.
Detailed transaction fee statements: At the end of each month, you’ll find a clear breakdown of your transaction fees (deducted from daily payouts) in the Loomis Pay Portal.

Access to historical invoices: Your previous invoices will remain available in the Loomis Pay Portal. However, new invoices issued from April onward will only be sent by email.

Updated Terms and Conditions: With the introduction of these improvements the terms and conditions are updated, effective from April 1st. You can review them here

Improvements You’ll Notice
Clearer billing: One invoice make it easy to distinguish between subscription fees and transaction fees.
Easier tracking: Emails ensure you receive your invoice directly, reducing the chance of missing any payments.

Better financial control: With the monthly invoice, transaction fee statements and payouts clearly separated, you’ll have a clearer view of your finances.

What You Need to Do
Keep an eye on your inbox for invoices sent from [email protected]. These emails will contain your monthly invoices, so make sure to review and download them as needed.
