If your POS terminal appears unresponsive and won't start even after pressing the "try again" button, here's what you can do:
Use the on and off switch on the terminal to restart it.
Leave it off for about 30-60 seconds before turning it back on.
You might need to repeat this process once or twice.
Please ensure that the merchant does not press the "Reboot" option. Instead, they should select "shut down".
