To resolve the issue of products being out of the grid, follow these steps:
Navigate to the product folder and search for the merchant.
Access the main menu product folder.
Scroll down and verify that the products or product folders are within the grid.
If they are not in the grid, move them to an empty space. If there is no empty space available, you will need to create a new product folder or add the products within the folder to another folder that is on the grid.
