Setting up Simcard on A920 Pro

To set up the Simcard on A920 Pro, you can follow these steps:

  1. Access the settings. You can do this in two ways:

    • From the login page, press the cogwheel at the bottom.

    • If you're logged into the POS, press the hamburger icon in the top left and enter settings.

From here, press the blue circle at the bottom right and select System settings. This will take you to the same area as before.

Once you're in settings:

  1. Enter Network and Internet. Ensure that WIFI is turned off as the terminal cannot run WIFI and 4G simultaneously.

In the photo it's turned on.

  1. Next, navigate to the Mobile Network menu tab. Here, ensure that both Mobile Data and Data roaming are enabled.

If a prompt happens just press OK.

After completing these steps, restart the terminal.
