Setting up Simcard on E800
To enable Simcard on the E800 terminal, you can access the settings in two ways.
Firstly, you can do this from the login page by pressing the cogwheel located at the bottom middle of the screen. Alternatively, after logging into the POS, press the menu in the top left corner and select 'Settings'. Both methods will lead you to the same area.
Once you're in the settings:
Ensure that 'Mobile Data' is enabled. You can find this under the 'Data usage' menu.
Disable 'WIFI' under the 'WIFI menu'. Please note that a terminal cannot run WIFI and 4G simultaneously.
Navigate to the 'More...' menu tab, select 'Mobile Networks', and ensure 'Data Roaming' is enabled.
After completing these steps, restart the terminal.
