To enable WIFI on the E800/E500 terminal, you can access the settings in two ways
You can either press the cogwheel at the bottom middle of the login page or, after logging into the POS, press the menu in the top left and enter settings. Both methods will lead you to the same area.
Ensure that Mobile Data is turned off. You can find this under the Data usage menu. (In the picture it's enabled)
Next, go to the More... menu tab, select Mobile Networks, and ensure Data Roaming is turned off.(In the picture it's enabled).
Enable WIFI under the WIFI menu.
Please note that a terminal cannot run WIFI and 4G simultaneously.
Choose the network you want the terminal to connect to. We recommend choosing a 2.4 GHZ network as it works best with our terminals. Enter the WIFI password if prompted.
After completing these steps, restart the terminal.
