Register the Control Unit & Cash register with the Swedish Tax Agency

Information for those who need to register or re-register cash registers with the Swedish Tax Agency

If you have recently had one (or more) cash registers registered or re-registered with the Swedish Tax Agency, you also need to register this on the Swedish Tax Agency's website. In order for the registration to take effect in full, you need to follow these steps.

Step 1:

Log in to https://portal.loomispay.com/ and then click on "Administration" in the bottom left corner of the page.

In the menu that appears (as below), then click on "Skatteverket"

Then you will get to the view below in which you can see all your terminals and find all the necessary information:

By clicking on the magnifying glass on the right, you can obtain more detailed information as below per cash register, you will then need this information to fill in the information on the Tax Agency's page:

Step 2:

Open a new tab on your browser by following this link:
https://skatteverket.se/foretag/etjansterochblanketter/allaetjanster/tjanster/anmalandrafelanmalochavanmalkassaregister.4.309a41aa1672ad0c837fd5d.html

You log in there using BankID. Be sure to choose which company you want to represent in the login process (if you have more than one).

When you have chosen the company you are going to register the cash registers with, you can start by registering a new control unit.
