Slow transactions

Slow transactions or transactions that are stuck in "working" mode are typically caused by a poor internet connection or a combination of both poor internet and multiple connections.

Our terminals are designed to operate on one connection at a time. If you attempt to process a payment using both WIFI and a Simcard simultaneously, the terminal will likely get stuck in "working" mode.

To resolve this, you should choose only one connection method and then restart the terminal.
