If your Honeywell scanner makes a sound when scanning but nothing appears, it's possible that the scanner has been reset or is not functioning properly. Please scan the image provided below and then try scanning a product again.
If there's no change, you can connect the table scanner to a laptop and try scanning into an Excel sheet. This will help determine if the scanner is working at all.
If the scanner works connected to a laptop, then make sure that the Honeywell scanner is provided from Loomis-Pay else it won't work.
