To use the table service on A920 Pro, follow these steps:
Open the main menu and select Tables.
You can view tables in two modes: Floor plan mode and List mode. Switch between these modes using the buttons at the top of the screen. Tables with orders are displayed in purple, while tables without orders are shown in grey.
Floor plan mode presents the physical layout of a merchant's store or restaurant. On the left, you'll find a list of sections that you can switch between. You can change the order of these sections in the Loomis-pay Portal. For more information, refer to the Table management article.
List mode allows you to see tables in multiple sections at a glance. To view the tables within a section, swipe up or down in a column. Swipe left or right to view additional sections.
To take an order:
Tap the table for which you want to create an order. The menu will appear.
Add products to the order as usual. Press Add to the table in the bottom right corner menu.
The order will be saved to the table and you will return to the tables view.
To move an order to a new table:
Tap the table for which you want to create an order. The menu will appear.
Navigate to the Payment view by selecting More from the bottom right menu.
Press Move to other table. You will return to the tables view and a banner at the top will instruct you to choose another table.
Select an available table to assign the order to.
Your order will now be moved to the new table. You will be returned to the menu to make any additional changes to the order
