While you may have a WiFi connection, it doesn't necessarily mean it's strong enough to maintain a stable connection. Our system requires a minimum of 20/20 Mbps to operate efficiently.
It's important to check the frequency at which your WiFi is running. It could be either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. Our terminals should only operate on a 2.4 GHz frequency as it provides the most stable connection, considering the distance between the router and terminal. This applies to all our terminals.
If the frequency is below 20 Mbps or the terminal can only connect to a 5 GHz network, we won't be able to establish a connection. In this case, you'll need to contact your router supplier and request a 2.4 GHz connection.
Alternatively, you can use the SIM card provided by us instead of a WiFi connection. An Ethernet cable could also be a viable option if available.
