An Error report is used to report any issues you may experience with the terminal or register. Here's how you can send one:
Navigate to the side menu.
Select 'Error-report'.
Enter your Organisation Number or company name, and describe the issue you've encountered. For instance, you might write Loomis pay shop, tipping doesn't work.
After sending the error report, please reach out to us that you've sent an error report. This will alert us to investigate the issue.
