The tipping feature is available for A920 Pro and E800 devices and is applicable to card payments only. You have the option to enable or disable tips on each device, with the maximum tip amount being 100% of the order price.

The tipping process is automatically activated when the card payment flow is initiated. If you wish to skip adding a tip to the payment, simply tap the "No tip today" button.

Customers have two ways to add tips:

1. They can choose from preselected percentage options. The percentage amounts can be modified in the portal.
   

2. They can manually enter the total amount. If all rates are removed in the portal, the limit is 100,000 (local curency).
