Need some help with Loomis—Pay?

Why are my products in negative

  1. Go to the Loomis-Pay Portal.

  2. On the left side of the screen, click on Products.

  3. Use the search options to find the product or products.

  4. Click on the Product to open its settings.

  5. Under the In Negative option, select NO and click Save.
