Why is newly created products not showing on the terminal?

To ensure that your newly created products appear on the terminal, they must be added to the same level in the portal. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Add the product under a product folder that you have on the Headmenu A920 Pro / Headmenu E800.

  2. Save the changes.

  3. Go to your terminal, navigate to 'Settings', and select 'Synchronise POS'.

After following these steps, you should be able to find the product under the product folder that you added it to from the portal.
