Wrong product folder for the terminal

To correct the product folder for the terminal, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Loomis-Pay Portal.

  2. Navigate to Point of Sale' and then select Terminals.

  3. Access the terminal in question.

  4. Verify that the product folder matches the correct model. For instance, a model A920 Pro should have a product folder named something that includes A920 Pro.
