Troubleshooting

Nothing is being printed

Printer is connected by cable

Whenever a printer stops printing, its usually because the printer has lost its connection to the Internet, in most cases this can be resolved by simply rebooting the printer.

Should this not resolve your issue, try connecting the network cable to another port in your router.

If the issue remains, try rebooting your router.

Is this your first time using the printer?

Is the receipt from the printer showing "None", "0.0.0.0" or "192.168.192.168" as the IP-address? This means the printer is missing a connection to the Internet - try rebooting your printer, and if that does not help, please follow the steps for installation again.
