What to do if a staff member forgets their PIN

Changing PIN codes in the portal

1. Log in‍ to the Loomis—Pay portal.

2. Click Point of Sale > Staff in the navigation. Click on a staff member to edit their PIN code.

3. Change the value in the PIN Code field. Click Save User to save your changes.

You will be returned to the Staff list and a notification will let you know your changes were saved.
