How to restart your Pay—Desk Pro device

Reboot the Pay—Desk Pro

1. Press and hold the Power button on the right side for 3 seconds.


2. The shutdown menu will appear on the main screen. Select Reboot.


3. A confirmation dialog will appear. Select Ok

Your Pay—Desk Pro will reboot. This process takes about 30 seconds. The Loomis POS software will restart automatically.
