How to send in a Bug-report
If you come across any bugs related to your terminal or register, here's how you can submit a bug report:
Navigate to the side menu on your terminal.
Click on Bug-report.
In the provided space, enter your Organisation Number or company name along with a description of the issue you've encountered. For instance, you could write 'Loomis pay shop, tipping doesn't work'.
After submitting the bug report, please send an email to our customer service to notify them about your submission. They will respond to you as soon as possible.
