Product folder has been removed

To resolve the issue of the missing product folder, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Loomis-Pay Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Point of sale - terminal.

  3. If there is no product folder, it will state to select one.

  4. Choose the appropriate product folder. If none exist, you will need to create a new one.
