Currently, only PowerOffice is supported to automatically calculate credit based on whether the invoice is paid or overdue, but we are working on making credit limit available for other accounting integrations.
Check our Changelog for updates.
You must have the CRM module in order to use credit limit.
Add a credit limit to the customer
Select the customer in the customer list and open the customer card.
Then activate “Credit limit” and enter the desired amount.
The credit limit set on the customer card applies across departments, but the credit earned is unique per department.
A new customer with a 5000,- credit limit can shop in Department 1 with 1000,- available credit. In Department 2, this customer will still have 5000,- available credit.
Customer Order/Work Order
When you create a new customer order or work order for a customer with a credit limit, you will be able to see an overview of the credit.
Credit limit: The total amount of debt the customer can accrue.
Accrued, not invoiced: How much of the credit limit has been used up on saved and locked orders that have not yet been invoiced.
Invoiced: How much of the accrued credit has been invoiced, but not yet paid.
Invoiced, and overdue: Accrued credit that has been invoiced but not yet paid, where the invoice has passed its due date.
Available: How much credit the customer has available of the order's total.
Exceeding the credit limit
If an order exceeds the available credit, this will be visible after the order is saved.
If you attempt to invoice an order that exceeds the credit limit, you will receive a notification where you will be given the option to override the credit limit.
Kredittgrense ved salg i kassen
When you select a customer with a credit limit at checkout, an overview of the customer's credit is displayed.

If the credit sale exceeds the credit limit, you will receive a notification where you will be given the option to override the credit limit.
