Set up ESL Hub
In order to use the ESL labels, the ESL hub must be set up with power and internet.
Connect the hub to power:
Use an Ethernet cable and a power cable.
If you have PoE support (Power over Ethernet) on your network switch, only an Ethernet cable is needed as it provides both power and internet.
Check that it has both power and internet:
When the cables are connected correctly and the hub is connected to both power and internet, the hub will light up blue.
If it is connected to power but not internet, the hub will light up in rainbow colors:
The ESL app
You log in to the ESL app with the same login as the Administration Panel (username, password and agreement number)
If you have more than one department, select the correct department.
How do I get the ESL label to display my product?
1.Click “Connect”
Scan the barcode on the left side of the ESL label
Enter or scan the barcode to find the product you want to link to the label
Click “Confirm” on the summary screen
The label will update with the selected product after a few seconds.
Layout is selected based on whether the productis at regular price or on sale.
How can I remove the product from the ESL label?
Click “Disconnect”.
Scan the barcode on the left side of the ESL label.
Click “Confirm.” The label will disconnect from the product after a few seconds.
How do I change the product on my ESL label?
Click “Connect”.
Scan the barcode on the left side of the ESL label.
Enter or scan the barcode of the product you want to change to.
Click “Confirm” on the summary screen. The label will update with the new product after a few seconds.
