A exchange slip is a receipt without a price. Loomis—Pay produces one exchange slip per product, not a combined exchange slip for the entire sale. A exchange slip is a module that must be activated for you to have access to it. In order to search for exchange slips in the checkout, the checkout must have a network connection.

A exchange slip is printed by pressing the exchange slip button in the checkout screen.

A new image opens, and all order lines from the last sale appear.

Click the Print button to print theexchange slip for the desired product.

Exchange slip from previous sales can also be printed. Select Menu > Sales, find the sale and click the ⇆ button. The return mark for the entire sale is printed.

Configuration
A exchange slip can have its own footer. This is often where you write rules related to exchanges, e.g. that the product must be exchanged within 14 days.
