Changes to the product card in Visma are not reflected in Loomis-Pay. What do I do?
If changes made in Visma Financial are not continuously reflected in Loomis-Pay, this means that the "webhook" function is not activated on the product. This most likely applies to all of your products.
Contact your supplier of the Visma Financial solution and ask them to activate this on all products, and as a default when creating new products.

Changes to customer cards in Visma are not reflected in Loomis-Pay. What do I do?
If changes made in Visma Financial are not continuously reflected in Loomis-Pay, this means that the "webhook" function is not activated on the customer. This most likely applies to all of your registered customers.
Contact your Visma Financial solution provider and ask them to activate this on all customers, and as a default when creating new customers.

Why has the product from Visma had the product number registered as a name in Loomis-Pay?
If an product does not have a defined name in Visma.net, the product number will automatically be registered as the name for the product when creating the integration in Loomis-Pay.
