How often is Loomis Pay and Shopify synchronized?

  • Synchronization occurs "live" when registering orders or changing products.

Are sales from Shopify registered and posted in Loomis Pay?

  • Yes. When a sale is registered in Shopify, it is also registered in Loomis Pay and included in the digital end-of-day report generated in Loomis Pay.

  • Sales are registered in Loomis Pay as soon as the order is registered and paid in Shopify. Requires a completed payment method "External payment"

Are returns and cancellations from Shopify updated in Loomis Pay?

  • When returning or canceling an order in Shopify, inventory is corrected in Loomis Pay. Returns are registered and posted for the daily settlement.

Are promotions and/or offers from Loomis Pay synchronized to Shopify?

  • Promotions and offer prices defined in Loomis Pay are synchronized live to Shopify. There are certain limitations if hourly offers, etc. are used.

What image types are supported?

  • Shopify supports the formats: jpg, jpeg and png.
